One of the many reasons to hire a broker, to find you a home, is to have him do all the leg work. I am constantly monitoring the Sullivan County market, and although technology has made it much easier to obtain information, there really is no comparison to going and seeing the home. Pictures only tell so much, and it seems some agents have become very skillful at omitting certain important pieces of information (like the neighboring trailer with six pit bulls!).  I have compiled a list if homes throughout the county that I feel are of good value.
